Strength, Confidence & Athletic Development for Kids
At Kids Soccer Academy, our Kids Fitness Academy is designed to help children build strong bodies, confident minds, and a lifelong love for being active. These high-energy classes focus on movement, coordination, agility, strength, and athletic development in a fun and encouraging environment. While many of our students play soccer, the Kids Fitness Academy program is designed to help children improve in any sport including soccer, basketball, baseball, football, lacrosse, tennis, gymnastics, and more. Our goal is simple: help kids move better, get stronger, build confidence, and develop the athletic foundation that improves performance in every sport. Each class is structured to be fun, active, and engaging, helping children develop important physical and life skills while staying active and healthy.
Kids Fitness Academy Programs
Mighty Movers (Ages 3–4)
Our Mighty Movers program introduces young children to the joy of movement and fitness.
At this stage, children begin developing important motor skills, balance, and coordination through fun and engaging activities. Classes are filled with obstacle courses, jumping, running, climbing, and movement games that help children learn how to control their bodies.
Children in Mighty Movers will develop:
• Balance and coordination
• Running and jumping skills
• Listening and focus
• Body awareness and confidence
This program helps young children build a strong foundation for sports and physical activity while having fun and burning energy.
Rising Legends (Ages 5–6)
Our Rising Legends program helps children begin developing the coordination and athletic abilities needed for sports and active play.
At this age, children start building stronger movement patterns, reaction skills, and agility while improving their confidence and independence.
Children will participate in activities such as:
• Agility ladder drills
• Obstacle courses
• Balance and coordination training
• Reaction and quickness exercises
• Fun body-weight strength movements
These classes help children develop the confidence and athletic foundation that prepares them for success in sports.

Power Players (Ages 7–9)
The Power Players program focuses on building a strong athletic foundation through structured training that improves speed, coordination, and strength.
Children in this age group are ready to begin developing more advanced athletic skills that will benefit them in all sports.
Training includes:
• Speed and agility drills
• Reaction and quickness training
• Core strength and stability exercises
• Jumping and landing mechanics
• Athletic coordination drills
Power Players helps children become faster, stronger, and more confident athletes.

Youth Performance Training (Ages 9–13)
Our Youth Performance Training program helps young athletes take their athletic development to the next level.
This program introduces more advanced training designed to improve speed, agility, conditioning, and overall athletic performance.
Training includes:
• Speed and acceleration training
• Agility and change-of-direction drills
• Strength and conditioning exercises
• Core training and stability work
• Athletic movement training
This program helps young athletes develop the strength, speed, and endurance needed to perform better in sports.



Speed, Agility & Athletic Performance
(High School Athletes)
Our Speed, Agility & Athletic Performance program is designed for middle school and high school athletes who want to improve their athletic performance and gain a competitive edge in sports.
These sessions focus on improving:
• Explosive speed
• Quickness and reaction time
• Agility and change of direction
• Strength and conditioning
• Athletic performance and endurance
Athletes train using professional speed and agility drills, conditioning exercises, and strength training in our gym to help them become stronger, faster, and more powerful competitors.
