Our Commitment to Safety and Fair Play

At Kids Soccer Academy, the safety and well-being of every child is our top priority. We maintain a clean, secure, and professionally supervised environment where children can train with confidence. Our coaches are trained to follow best practices for injury prevention, age-appropriate drills, and emergency response. We promote fair play at all times—encouraging honesty, integrity, and respect both on and off the field. We do not tolerate bullying, aggressive behavior, or unsportsmanlike conduct. Every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and enjoy the game in a positive and inclusive setting.

At Kids Soccer Academy in Wyckoff, our mission is to provide a safe, fun, and supportive environment where every child can grow through the game of soccer. We believe in teaching the fundamentals of the sport while also promoting teamwork, respect, effort, and sportsmanship. All participants are expected to arrive on time, come ready to learn, and treat coaches, teammates, and the facility with care and respect. Our goal is to inspire a lifelong love for the game and build confidence through positive coaching and age-appropriate training tailored to each child’s development.

Membership Policy

At Kids Soccer Academy, we strive to provide the best soccer training experience for children of all skill levels. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all members.

Membership Cancellation Policy
All membership cancellations require written notice. Written notice must be sent via email to kidssocceracademynj@gmail.com with “Cancel Request” in the subject line. Once written notice to terminate a membership is received, the membership will officially end 30 days from the next billing date. During this 30-day period, members will continue to have full access to membership benefits. Billing will continue as scheduled through the final month, and no refunds or partial credits will be issued for unused time. All registration fees, trial fees, and previously paid tuition are non-refundable. Missed classes, absences, vacations, illness, or scheduling conflicts do not qualify for refunds, credits, or automatic cancellation. Kids Soccer Academy reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or programming when necessary.

Payment & Refund Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable. Tuition is billed every 4 weeks (monthly cycle) from the date of registration. Kids Soccer Academy does not offer refunds or credits for missed classes. Makeup sessions may be offered based on availability and must be used prior to the membership end date. Makeup classes do not carry over, have no cash value, and are forfeited upon membership termination. Closures due to weather, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for refunds; makeup sessions may be offered when possible. A 3% processing fee applies to Visa, Mastercard, and Discover payments. A $35 fee applies to failed or returned payments; late fees may apply. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, ACH, or cash. Private sessions require advance payment and 24-hour notice for credit eligibility.
