Below are answers to some of the questions we hear most often.

How does the Kids Soccer Academy membership work?

Kids Soccer Academy is a membership-based program that operates using monthly class credits. Instead of attending the same class every week, your membership includes a set number of class credits that you can use whenever it works best for your family's schedule.

Membership Options:

Bronze 4 Class Credits Every 4 Weeks – $159
Silver 8 Class Credits Every 4 Weeks – $299
Gold 12 Class Credits Every 4 Weeks – $429

Memberships automatically renew every 4 weeks.

Do you offer a FREE Trial Class?

Yes! Families are welcome to schedule a FREE Trial Class before joining. Many families also choose to register immediately and begin attending classes right away.

Do you offer drop-in classes?

No. Kids Soccer Academy is a membership-based program, so we do not offer drop-in classes.

Our program is designed to help children improve through consistent participation while giving families the flexibility of using monthly class credits.

Can my child attend more than once per week?

Absolutely!

Your monthly class credits are flexible. If your child has available class credits, they may attend multiple classes in the same week, spread classes throughout the month, or use them however it best fits your family's schedule.

Can I purchase additional class credits?

Yes! Once you've used all of your monthly class credits, additional class credits may be purchased for $40 per class.

Is my membership recurring?

Yes. Memberships automatically renew every 4 weeks, allowing your child to continue progressing without interruption.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes! Memberships may be frozen for $15 per month.

The freeze fee is charged in full at the time your membership is frozen.

Freezing your membership allows you to:

Keep your place in the program
Return without paying the $99 Registration & Uniform Fee again
Resume classes whenever you're ready

How do I cancel my membership?

All membership cancellations require written notice.

Please email your cancellation request to:

billingkidssocceracademy@gmail.com

Once we receive your written notice, your membership will officially end 30 days from your next billing date.

During this period:

Your child will continue enjoying all membership benefits.
Billing will continue through your final month.
No refunds or partial credits will be issued for unused membership time.
Any remaining class credits and makeup classes must be used before your membership ends.

Classes & Scheduling

How do I book classes?

Classes are booked through the Kids Soccer Academy App.

Simply:

Open the app.
Select Family Account.
Choose your child.
Add or remove classes from your child's schedule.

Please note: Class credits are associated with your child's profile, not the parent's profile.

What happens if my child misses a class?

No problem! If your child cannot attend a scheduled class, simply remove them from the class using the Kids Soccer Academy App. You can then use your available class credit to reserve another age-appropriate class at a time that's convenient for your family.

There is no need to call or text us if your child misses a regular class.

The only exception is Private Training sessions. If you need to cancel or reschedule a Private Training session, please notify us in advance.

How long are classes?

Class lengths vary by program:

Tiny Kickers – 40 minutes
Mini Strikers – 40 minutes
Little Legends – 50 minutes
Mini Marvels – 50 minutes
Junior Dribblers – 50 minutes
Group Training – 50 minutes
Private Training – 60 minutes
Group Training & Team Training – Approximately 60 minutes

How many children are in each class?

To provide quality instruction and personal attention:

Classes: Up to 12 children - Average Class size is 6-8

What are the Parent & Me classes?

Our Parent & Me programs include:

Tiny Kickers - 15 months to approximately 28 months

Mini Strikers - Approximately 29 months to 3½ years old

If classes are at capacity, we ask that only one parent actively participates while additional family members observe from our viewing area.

What should my child wear and bring to class?

Please have your child bring:

A water bottle
Turf shoes or athletic sneakers
Their Kids Soccer Academy uniform

For Little Legends, Mini Marvels, and Junior Dribblers, children should also wear shin guards.

Although we encourage a fun and positive learning environment, we also believe wearing a uniform teaches responsibility and discipline, promotes team spirit, and helps create a sense of belonging among our players.

Is there a registration and uniform fee?

Yes. A one-time Registration & Uniform Fee of $99 per child is due upon enrollment.

Children 5 years old and younger receive:

Official Kids Soccer Academy Jersey
Black Shorts
Black Socks

Children 6 years old and older receive:

Official Kids Soccer Academy Jersey

Payments -What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept:

Major Credit Cards
ACH (Bank Transfer)
Cash

Memberships are billed every 4 weeks.

A 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card payments.

We are located across the street from Abma's Farm.

Please drive to the BACK of the building and look for Suite 70.

Is your facility indoors?

Yes! All classes are held in our fully indoor, air-conditioned facility, allowing children to train comfortably year-round—rain, snow, or shine.

Are classes available for children with special needs?

Kids Soccer Academy welcomes children of all skills and abilities. Our group classes are designed for children who are able to participate in the trainer-led activities, follow basic instructions, and take part safely without significantly disrupting the flow of the class. We understand that every child is different, and some children may benefit from more individualized attention than we can provide in a group setting. In those cases, we offer private one-on-one training sessions for $120 per hour, allowing our trainers to work at the child’s individual pace and provide a more personalized experience.

Our goal is to provide a positive, safe, and enjoyable environment where every child has the best opportunity to learn, grow, and have fun.
