Strength, Confidence & Athletic Development for Kids
At Kids Soccer Academy, our Kids Fitness Academy is designed to help children build strong bodies, confident minds, and a lifelong love for being active. These high-energy classes focus on movement, coordination, agility, strength, and athletic development in a fun and encouraging environment. While many of our students play soccer, the Kids Fitness Academy program is designed to help children improve in any sport including soccer, basketball, baseball, football, lacrosse, tennis, gymnastics, and more. Our goal is simple: help kids move better, get stronger, build confidence, and develop the athletic foundation that improves performance in every sport. Each class is structured to be fun, active, and engaging, helping children develop important physical and life skills while staying active and healthy.
KSA Fitness Programs
Fitness/Multi Sport Class (Ages 3 – 5 Years):
Fitness/Multi Sport is a fun, high-energy class for kids ages 3–5 that helps young children stay active while building important movement skills. Through a mix of fitness activities, games, and age-appropriate sports-based exercises, kids improve coordination, balance, listening skills, and confidence in a positive and encouraging environment.
In this class, children will work on:

Basic athletic skills through fun games and multi-sport play
This is a great class for young children who love to move, burn energy, and build a strong foundation for sports and physical activity.

Intro to Speed, Agility, & Athletic Performance (Ages 7–9)
Intro to Speed, Agility, & Athletic Performance is a fun and challenging class designed for kids ages 7–9 who are ready to build a stronger athletic foundation. Through age-appropriate drills and exercises, children work on improving the key movement skills that help them perform better in soccer and other sports. This class is great for developing confidence, coordination, and body control while keeping kids active and engaged in a positive training environment.

It is a great program for young athletes who want to move better, become more confident, and build a strong base for long-term athletic development.



Speed, Agility & Athletic Performance
(Ages 9 and Up, Middle School & High School Athletes)
Our Speed, Agility & Athletic Performance program is designed for middle school and high school athletes who want to improve their athletic performance and gain a competitive edge in sports.
These sessions focus on improving:
• Explosive speed
• Quickness and reaction time
• Agility and change of direction
• Strength and conditioning
• Athletic performance and endurance
Athletes train using professional speed and agility drills, conditioning exercises, and strength training in our gym to help them become stronger, faster, and more powerful competitors.
